Process Com® Team Coaching


What is it about ?

A major key to a team's performance is the ability of its members to communicate effectively.
The problem is that everyone communicates in a singular way and people can work together for years without ever being able to communicate well with one another. It can be frustrating.
The good news is that it is possible to learn to quickly identify the type of personality of your interlocutor and thus adapt your mode of communication.
And when team members acquire this skill, the benefits are immediate: clearer, more effective communication, improved mutual understanding, more enjoyment working together, and of course greater productivity.
Here are the objectives of the Process Com ® team coaching.


What is Process Com ® ?

Process Communication ® is a tool for discovering and understanding one's own personality and the personality of others, as well as a simple and practical communication tool. The model defines 6 personality types. We possess all 6 types but to different degrees. Everyone, therefore, has their own "personality structure".
The Process Com ® allows you to:
  • Get to know yourself better, thereby allowing you to manage yourself better
  • Adapt your communication to your audience
  • Manage situations of tension or conflict
  • Act on a win/win basis


For whom ?

Members of the same team, or people working together regularly.


What are the objectives ?

  • Enable each participant to gain a better understanding of his own way of thinking ("the personality inventory" of each participant is provided on the day of the seminar)
  • Learn to adapt your communication to each person in order to work better together
  • Discover the Process Com ® profile of the team and team members
  • Understand how everyone is an asset to the team
  • Improve the working environment
  • Develop new practices to work better together and be more effective


What is the process ?

  • About a month prior to the seminar, participants confidentially fill out an online questionnaire to obtain their "personality profile"
  • A few days prior to the seminar, the coach talks to the team manager and puts forward a personalized explanation of his Process Com profile.
  • The coach gives each participant his "personality profile" on the day of the seminar


How long is this coaching ?
  • Usually, it lasts 2 consecutive days.
  • A one-day light version is available.

Team Building Coaching


What is it about ?

The quality of relationships within a team impacts its performance.
If the relationships are strained and team members do not respect each other, are suspicious of each other, or favor their personal interest to the detriment of the collective, the entire team suffers.
On the contrary, when there exists a sense of unity within the team, its members support, trust each other, and focus on the collective interest, thereby increasing motivation. Also, the working atmosphere becomes more relaxed and performance is optimized.

"Elicit Commitment" Team Coaching


What is it about ?

To motivate their employees, companies mainly use the "carrot and stick" model of reward and sanction.
The problem with such a system is that employees:
  • are afraid of not achieving their goals. Therefore, they become chronically stressed,
  • are exhausted, and often end up going through a burnout or quit in the face of too much pressure.
  •  work less efficiently if the reward diminishes or does not increase rapidly enough.
  • are not very loyal to the company and leave as soon as a larger reward is offered elsewhere.
  • seek to satisfy their individual interest before the interest of the company, sometimes affecting the latter unfavorably.

As a result, employees start suffering as the working atmosphere becomes tense, and the
