What is it about ?

Sometimes we feel the need to fulfill an individual goal in a hasty fashion. However, we don’t always have the energy, the judgement, or the necessary resources on our own.
In this context, being listened to and accompanied by a qualified third party is often beneficial.


Individual coaching, for whom ?

Individual coaching is mainly for Managers and Executives, but can also be offered to employeeswhose role is considered strategic for the company.
It is useful for people experiencing social difficulties or wishing to be more comfortable and have a more positive impact on those around them.


What is the purpose ?

The individual coaching that I propose aims at helping you improve the quality of your relationshipswith your professional environment as well as yourself.


What is the approach ?

Through my presence and my conscious listening, I am committed to establishing a climate of trust and security that allows you to express yourself freely and to serenely explore your inner-self, in order to find the right answers on your own.
If reaching your goals entails acquiring specific social skills, I will teach them to you.

What is the process ?

After analysis and acceptance of the application, I evaluate the number of sessions needed to achieve the objectives of the coachee (usually 3 to 8 sessions) and send a proposal to the sponsor.
I carry out individual coaching sessions remotely, by telephone or video conference.

What is it about ?

Being self-aware is essential for building positive relationships with others.
That's what the Process Com ® tool does.


For whom ?

Individual coaching is mainly for Managers and Executives, but can also be offered to employees
whose role is considered strategic for the company.


What is Process Com ® ?

Process Communication ® is a tool for discovering and understanding one's own personality and the personality of others, as well as a simple and practical communication tool. The model defines 6 personality types. We possess all 6 types but to different degrees. Everyone, therefore, has their own "personality structure".

The Process Com ® allows you to:
  • Get to know yourself better and therefore better manage yourself
  • Adapt your communication to your contacts
  • Manage situations of tension or conflict
  • Act on a win/win basis


What is the Process Com ® individual coaching process ?

The coachee answers a totally confidential online questionnaire, which generates his Process Com ® personality profile.
We set an appointment for a 2-hour explanatory sessionby phone(or videoconference) during which I expand with the coachee upon the following :
  • his/her personality structure and its evolution over time
  • his/her major talents
  • his psychological needs, keys for performance and well-being
  • his preferred communication style
  • the characteristics of the work environment best adapted to his personality
  • his reactions to stress and his "failure scenario", and how to prevent and defuse them
At the end of the session, I send to the beneficiary :
  • a personalized report in digital and paper format, allowing him to deepen
  • his understanding of himself and his relationships with others,
  • a summary sheet on the Process Com ®
  • a code to download a mobile application containing all the fundamental concepts of the Process Com ®
